Whether you are new to paper crafting or a seasoned card maker, you probably, at this very moment, do not need to purchase another stamp/die set.  *GASP!*  

Design Team Member Kate is here to show you that what you really need, is just more PAPER!

For this post, Kate decided to work with our pearlescent cardstock lines (Neenah Stardream and Sirio Pearl) but we carry so many more products you could choose from.  

For the first card, Kate set out to make a sympathy card--simple, subtle and understated. As she was making this first card, she realized that she hadn't used this die set from Stampin' Up! in probably over 10 years.  And that got her thinking "how many different ways can I use this die set?"

For this second card, she recreated the same card using Neena Stardream, but added some pearls.

For the 3rd card, Kate switched up the sentiment and added some ink blending to the flower centers with our new rounded bristle blending brushes.

The 4th card only came about because Kate had out my pack of Neenah Stardream and was surprised at all the colors that we carry in the Neenah Stardream line!

Just imagine the possibilities if Kate used glitter or foil cardstock!  So stop buying those new dies and just switch up your papers! Using specialty papers from 12x12 Cardstock Shop can make such a difference!
