US Shipping Costs:

All US orders over $80 ship free via economy ground. At the time of checkout you will be presented with other shipping options. Expected delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 business days, depending on your location (from time to time there are industry wide delays which we cannot prevent - in the event of such delays, carriers will not guarantee delivery time or offer refunds).

The shipping costs for your order are reflected in your Shopping Cart so you can see the total cost of your order before filling out the required information on the Checkout Page.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please be sure to double check your mailing address before submitting your order. Once a shipping label has been printed and the package is on it's way to you, 12x12 Cardstock Shop is not responsible for correcting issues due to an incorrect/inaccurate mailing address. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying to have it reshipped to them at the correct address. 

International Shipments:

While we make every effort to ship cardstock no matter the location, cardstock is heavy and even the best international shipping options are expensive. We wish this weren’t the case.

To determine shipping rates for your location, add your items to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address at the beginning of the checkout process. You will then see the total order price, including shipping, and can decide if you want to place the order, or just abandon it.

International shipping options include UPS, DHL and sometimes USPS International. The checkout page allows you to choose the best option. Exact rates are calculated based on the weight, size and delivery address for each order.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes:

In most cases, your country will assess an import fee on shipments from the United States. These fees are also shown at checkout, so you will have no surprises.

Order Tracking:

When your order is fulfilled and ready to ship you will receive a notification via email with the tracking information.

Handling Time:

In most cases, if your order is received by 2:00 PM weekdays it will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received on the weekend are shipped on the next business day. We are a family run business and once in awhile (like a periodic short vacation) the handling time may take 2-3 days before the order is shipped. If/when this situation arises, a clear notice will be posted on the website checkout page.

Note that once a package leaves our facility we are not responsible for weather or holiday related delays. If a package is delayed after it has left our warehouse and you wish to request a refund of expedited shipping charges, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.Â
